I’m really glad I happened to find Conejo Services. It’s been one of those crazy months where EVERYTHING keeps breaking or falling apart. We’ve had multiple plumbing issues in the past two weeks; and both times Conejo sent James as our plumber. James is honest, kind, thorough, and goes above and beyond to take good care of homeowners. Beyond James’s professionalism, Conejo has impressed us with their communication style. They text confirmations promptly and also send a photo of the service technician will be, so you are 💯 confident who is knocking on your door is who they say they are. Seriously relieved to find such a trustworthy company—which is rare these days.

James and Miguel came out today to replace our backyard faucet. They arrived earlier in their allotted time window and went straight into their assessment. Took all of 3 minutes for that. After signing the authorization, I had to answer a quick work phone call. By the time I was done with my call, they were done with the job. Both James and Miguel were awesome, super friendly and professional. We would like to have them personally come out and handle our next plumbing job in the future. I highly recommend these guys to get the job done! Conejo Services is a great company to work with. They also installed our water heater and central heating unit a few years ago. They took care of EVERYTHING, to include inspections, asbestos abatement, city permits, ALL of it. They are definitely the one stop shop for heating/cooling, water heaters, plumbing, and probably more. Very trustworthy.

Ronnie was very nice. Work was to fix a plumbing leak. He explained me what he was going to do and he cleaned up after his work. Mentioned when I should turn the water back ON and what to expect. I am happy with his service.

Had James come out and help replace an old hose bibb. Was kind enough to let me watch and explain to me what he was doing so I could learn myself. Very friendly and professional.

I luckily found Conejo Plumbing on Yelp to service our tankless hot water heater, after my original plumber reneged on my lifetime contract. The plumber “Dier” was early for our appointment and after pleasantries was eager to solve the intermittent ignition issues we were experiencing. After an inspection it was noted that the igniter and flame rods had carbon and rust built up. Instead of soaking a customer and replacing our unit a simple service call got us back up and running. I can’t thank Conejo and “Dier” for the prompt service call and their professionalism. Suffice it to say Conejo will be my first call for plumbing issues and I look forward to seeing them in the future for HVAC calls as well. If you’re in need of a professional plumber I highly recommend Conejo as your first choice.

Outstanding professional service with honest reasonable quotes - review based on both plumbing and HVAC based services. James, the expert assessor, not only did a thorough analysis of the issue, but also took the trouble to explain the scope of work. The work was scheduled for the very next day. The scheduling staff is also polite and helpful(Nancy, Anna). The HVAC technician, William, troubleshooted and got our AC unit running, again quality work at a very reasonable price.

William was the best technician we have ever had!! Both on a personal and professional level. We had issues he explained perfectly and fixed them quickly. It was not cheap but we trusted what he said and it all made sense. He was very helpful with an additional airflow issue unrelated to our HVAC units. Awesome experience. Thanks

Claudia was fantastic! She really went out of her way to help me get an amazing deal on our aircon unit. She gave me great discounts and was super patient answering all my questions. Thanks to her, we got exactly what we needed at a price that made sense. Five stars all the way — highly recommend working with her! Happy Customer, Allan Mandia Castaic California

Jack was really amazing! He went above and beyond to clear my vents. The whole process with Conejo was seamless and smooth. They gave me a price and that's what it ended up being. No upsell no pressure whatsoever. Def recommend.

Conejo Heating and Air has been my go to for several years. 99% of the technicians they send are great. Sergio was here to do a yearly maintenance check on a newish HVAC, but he realized something was off. He diagnosed a clog and didn't just rush off to lunch. Sergio was very professional and highly competent. I recommend Conejo Heating and Air!

Welcome back, David G.! As in the past, he is the consummate professional, a great communicator, and very thorough in servicing our Conejo Services-installed HVAC system. On this recent visit, David also did a Dryer Vent service, and immediately reported his findings. We are extremely pleased with the quality of service consistently provided by David G. He is an asset to your company.

Alex did an excellent job during our scheduled HVAC maintenance. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and clearly explained what he was checking and why.
